Genetically modified organism detection method by digital PCR

标准介绍

This standard specifies a digital PCR method for the detection of genetically modified components.
This standard is applicable to the digital PCR detection of genetically modified plants and their pro-ducts such as corn, soybean, rapeseed, rice, potato, alfalfa, cotton and other genetically modified plants.
The limit of detection achieved by this standard is 0.1%.
